1.1. The online store SM16:7, available at sm167.com, is operated by Blazej Skrzypczak, an individual conducting sales under the rules of non-registered business activity, in accordance with Article 5 of the Polish “Entrepreneurs’ Law Act”.

1.3. These Terms & Conditions define the rules for placing orders, making payments, shipping, returns, and complaints in the SM16:7 online store.
2. Products and Orders
2.1. All products offered in the store are new and described as accurately as possible.
2.2. Product prices are given in euros (EUR) and are final – the seller is not a VAT payer.
2.3. Orders can be placed through the website by adding selected products to the cart and completing the checkout form.
2.4. An order becomes binding once payment has been successfully confirmed.
3. Payments
3.1. The store accepts payments through secure online payment systems and card payment.
3.2. The payment must be made in full at the time of placing the order.
3.3. The seller is not a VAT payer and does not issue VAT invoices. A confirmation of sale will be sent by email.
4. Shipping and Delivery
4.1. Orders are processed after payment confirmation.
4.2. The order preparation and dispatch time may take up to 14 days (2 weeks) from the date of payment confirmation.
4.3. Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

4.4. All orders are tracked and insured for safe delivery.
4.5. Shipping costs are displayed at checkout.
4.6. The seller is not responsible for customs duties or import taxes outside the EU.

5. Returns and Right of Withdrawal
5.1. Customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from receiving the product, without giving any reason.

5.3. Returned items must be in original condition and packaging.
5.4. After receiving and inspecting the return, a refund will be made within 14 days using the same payment method.
5.5. The buyer covers the cost of return shipping.

6. Complaints and Warranty
6.1. In case of a defective or damaged product, please contact: supportsm167.com.
6.2. Each SM16:7 watch is covered by a 2-year warranty for manufacturing defects and movement issues.
6.3. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
6.4. The seller is responsible for ensuring that the goods are in conformity with the contract, in accordance with EU consumer law.

7. Personal Data Protection
7.1. The seller processes customers personal data solely for order fulfillment, shipping, and communication related to the purchase.
